Performing a wide variety of motor skills; collaboration, problem solving, evaluating the work of self and others, IT, communications, developing number, thinking skills - creative, evaluate, analyze, express an opinion.

Take advantage of every extra-curricular activity on at lunchtimes and after school. 
Take an interest in your personal fitness. 
Keep active for long periods to promote personal fitness.

Be part of the campaign to be a healthy family together. 
Ensure kit and physical education trainers from your child for each lesson. 
Encourage and support your child's efforts when he/ she represents the school in teams.
